Probetsuk will not be held liable for any disruption or loss you may incur should it be unable to deliver a service to you as a result of a third party service being unavailable to Probetsuk. Operational difficulties may result in periods of service disruption. Probetsuk will always endeavour to notify you in advance if it believes it will experience operational difficulties. Probetsuk may schedule periods of significant service outage. These periods will be well planned in advance. In such circumstances Probetsuk will adjust all affected renewal subscriptions to take account of extended periods of planned outage. No further adjustments to subscription fees will be considered unless further unplanned and unforeseen outages occur.
